MAYANK RUIA

Founder and CEO

A fourth-generation descendant of the industrialist Ruia Family, Mayank’s individual journey began at Indiana University and led him through top-tier finance roles at globally renowned organisations like Goldman Sachs, UBS and Everstone Capital. After nearly a decade in the U.S., he returned to India in 2008, where his exposure to real estate began in 2011 with Phoenix Mills as its Group Director – Residential.

Combining this experience with his financial acumen, Mayank established MAIA Estates in 2016 with a vision to deliver high-quality residential and commercial developments built with integrity, precision, and passion. From a three-member team to an organisation of over 150, Mayank with MAIA has consistently challenged norms and set new benchmarks. Today, Mayank leads MAIA with a commitment to deliver exceptional spaces and build lasting relationships.
